Complete Meditation - 1-hour (aprox.)
The full Soundive is my favorite experience of all. Here I create a meditation specific for you or your group based on your intentions, that we set together in the beginning of the session. With sensitivity, I feel which songs and words will impact you on a deeper level and I record the whole experience with a high quality studio microphone so that you can have it for whenever you want to access it again.
The waves that transform us
Air, sound & water
We are constantly influenced by waves of air, sound, and water. They transform us daily, affecting our internal frequency and influencing our thoughts and emotions.
If we choose to use these waves in our favor, we can harmonize with the environment around us and flow more lightly through the movements of life.
"Le sentiment océanique" was how Freud chose to describe eternity—the sensation of being infinite; vast. Of belonging to something greater and dissolving into such grandeur. Some say this was his way of referring to divinity.
Being in the ocean, feeling the lightness of the water, the fluidity of the currents, observing and experiencing the cycles of the tide, allows you to access this state more easily.
The inner sea reflects the outer sea, like a mirror. The nature presented before our eyes reflects the nature within us. By observing its phenomena, we can create space to observe ourselves with a new set of eyes.
