Ocean Experience

A 4-hour experience to develop your intimacy with the water and the waves. We will go on a journey where we will talk about your relationship with the ocean and what steps you want to take to deepen that relationship. Guided meditation with music, breathing exercises, freediving and bodysurfing will be our main tools to help you have more confidence at sea and in life.

We will begin with a talk about the your relationship with the ocean and water: your fears, traumas and what you want to focus on your journey. Here we will also talk about life and what are the current burning questions that you are willing to find the answers to. 

A brief taste of 'Soundive', a guided meditation with music to help you relax and go into the ocean through your imagination. This will help us listen to our emotions and our deepest dreams. 

Here we will practice different breathing techniques and learn how to read the movement of the currents. We will talk about safety practices and how to prepare ourselves to get in the water. 

It's time to get into the water and have fun facing our fears. Together we will enjoy the beauty of the sea around us.
