Exchange, Return & Reimbursement Policy

We value your satisfaction and are committed to delivering exceptional products and experiences. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • You may cancel your order for any product or service within 7 days of purchase to receive a 100% refund, no questions asked.

  • After 7 days, refund eligibility depends on the type of item or service purchased (see below).

2. Fine Art (Physical Products)

  • Fine Art products are expected to be delivered within 30 days after purchase

  • Returns & Exchanges: Due to the unique and limited nature of fine art, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.

  • Damaged Items: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will either replace the item (if available) or offer a full refund.

3. Online Experiences

  • Cancellations: You may cancel any online experience up to 7 days after purchase for a full refund, as long as the experience has not been accessed or started.

  • No Show / Late Cancellations: If you miss a scheduled session or cancel after accessing the content, refunds will not be issued.

4. In-Person Underwater Experiences

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a 100% refund, regardless of the booking date.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled in-person experience will receive a 30% refund.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled in-person experience are non-refundable.

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a cancellation or report an issue:

  • Email us at marinadomar.oceanart@gmail.com

  • Include your order number and details of your request

  • Allow up to 5 business days for us to process your refund

6. Exceptions & Notes

  • All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time.
